Wholesale Policy
Order Minimum
	Minimum First Order: USD $200.00 Minimum Reorder: USD $100.00 (*$15 surcharge will be applied to orders less than $100.00)
Prices
	Prices are shown in US dollars and subject to change at any time. Prices are stable from the time of your order until payment is received.
Payment Method
	Visa Card, Master Card, Certified Company Cheque or Bank Wire Transfer We do not offer terms.
Freight / Handling
	Shipping is via Canada Post or DHL. All freight charges are prepaid and add to the invoice.
Cancellations and modifications
	These must be received in writing (fax or letter) no less than 7 days prior to the previously arranged shipping date and be confirmed by one of our staff members. Customer will be held responsible for all expenses incurred from shipments that were canceled or modified too late.
Shortages
	Mlavi must be notified no later than 7 days after the receipt of shipment if items shown on the packing list have not been received
Backorder
	In general, Mlavi will ship any order that is 75% complete and place remaining product on backorder should the total amount is $100 or more. Back order merchandise will be shipped upon availablity and shipping is Free for back order.
Loss & Damage
	Lost Shipments: Contact Mlavi immiediately for a tracer Damaged Shipment: All damages must be reported within 7 business days after the receipt of shipment. Please save all packaging and product and contact Mlavi immediately to initiate a claim
Return
	Request for return authorization for defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise should be made immediately, and no later than 7 days from the invoice No returns of any kind accepted without prior written or verbal authorization 10% restocking fee will apply toward perfect, saleable merchandise returned for any other reason. Return freight is at customers expense No credit or adjustment will apply towards product damaged in return shipping due to improper customer procedure.
